岗位职责：

与TikTok红人建立和维护紧密的合作关系。

策划和执行TikTok营销活动，确保高品质的内容产出。

跟踪和分析TikTok活动的效果，提供策略建议。

协调内部团队与外部合作伙伴，确保项目的顺利进行。

对TikTok平台的趋势和变化保持敏感，及时调整策略。

任职要求：

拥有至少3年的社交媒体管理或相关领域经验，其中至少1年针对TikTok平台。

对TikTok平台有深入的了解，能够熟练使用其各种功能。

具有出色的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神。

能够对数据进行深入分析，为决策提供有力支持。

良好的中文和英文沟通能力。

Position: TikTok Influencer Management Manager Location: Vietnam

Company Introduction: Guangzhou Maifeng Technology Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Hong Kong Huijie International Co., Ltd. In our operations in Vietnam, we specialize in collaborating with social media influencers to build brand and promotional strategies. Currently, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced TikTok Influencer Management Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain close collaborations with TikTok influencers.

2. Plan and execute TikTok marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality content delivery.

3. Track and analyze the effectiveness of TikTok campaigns and provide strategic recommendations.

4. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project progression.

5. Stay updated on trends and changes on the TikTok platform, adjusting strategies promptly.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years of experience in social media management or related fields, with a minimum of 1 year focused on the TikTok platform.

2. Profound knowledge of the TikTok platform and proficiency in utilizing its features.

3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit.

4. Ability to deeply analyze data to provide substantial support for decision-making.

5. Proficient in both Chinese and English communication.
